Where the work actually comes from

A look at how this consultancy operates and what shaped the approach behind it.

The practice started in 2022 from a straightforward observation: most early-stage businesses struggle not because of effort or ambition, but because the underlying model - how value is created, delivered, and captured - was never properly examined. Remote consulting turned out to be a good fit for that kind of structural work. It removes geography as a constraint and keeps sessions focused on the problem rather than the setting.

Sessions are structured around the specific decisions a client is facing, not a standard curriculum. That might mean working through revenue model options, identifying where a current structure leaks value, or pressure-testing assumptions before committing to a direction. The work is analytical and direct - there is no standard playbook applied to every situation, because every business model has different constraints and different leverage points.
